There’s something for everyone—from students to alumni and the campus community as a whole—at this year’s Homecoming and Family Weekend, happening November 3-9.
Here's an overview of some of this year’s main events:
Monday, November 3
S’morescoming
The Quad, 4 p.m.
Join the Center for Student Involvement for music, s’mores and good vibes in the Quad.
Men’s Basketball vs. Denver
Redhawk Athletic Center, 7 p.m.
Kick off Homecoming Week by cheering on men’s basketball at the season opener.
Wednesday, November 5
Drag Bingo
Campion Ballroom, 7 p.m.
Join the Student Events and Activities Counsel for rousing games of bingo, chances to win prizes and be in community with a “Queen.”
Women’s Basketball vs. Northwest
Redhawk Athletic Center, 6 p.m.
Cheer on the women’s team as they take on Northwest.
Thursday, November 6
Homecoming Tie Dye
Library Plaza, 11 a.m.
Join Student and Campus Life for a Redhawk tie-dye party and come away with some limited-edition swag.
FAMILY WEEKEND: Friday, November 7–Sunday, November 9
Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Campus
Families are welcomed to campus with a weekend chock full of events, including a campus art tour, choir concert, craft night and talks with university leadership.

Campus Art Tour
Student Center Hearth, 3 p.m.
Step into a world of creativity and inspiration as Joseph Venker, S.J., leads a captivating tour through Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ’s lesser-known art treasures.
Veteran & Military Student Center’s Open House
1103 Building, 105, 3 p.m.
Visit the enhanced informal gathering space for Veterans, ROTC cadets, service members and their families to decompress, recharge and build support with fellow students of shared experiences.
Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Choirs “Non-Concert” Concert
Chapel of St. Ignatius, 6 p.m.
Join the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Choirs for an interactive demonstration performance, including some of the repertoire being prepared for its annual December concert.
Saturday, November 8
National First-Generation College Celebration Day
Student Center 322, noon
Students, families, alumni, faculty and staff are invited to come together in community to honor the achievements, stories and contributions of first-generation college students.
Volleyball vs. San Francisco
Redhawk Athletic Center, 1 p.m.
Men's Basketball Pregame Social
The Chieftain, 5 p.m.
Join the Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ Alumni Association for a pregame social before the men's basketball game against Cal Poly. Stop by for a complimentary first drink and appetizers.
(Homecoming Game) Men’s Basketball vs. Cal Poly

Cheer on the men’s basketball team in the matchup against Cal Poly at the Redhawk Athletic Center.

Mass
