Biography

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and AAMFT Approved Supervisor with a passion for training new therapists and supporting holistic, trauma-informed care. Grounded in narrative therapy and informed by my own experiences with loss, I help clients reconnect with their own resilience and authenticity. I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University and a certification in Medical Family Therapy. Since 2011, I’ve worked in diverse settings—from hospitals to a community intimate partner violence survivor organization—and currently serve as a clinician and supervisor in a community group practice. My work has most focused on working with relational trauma across the lifespan, and I am trained in CPT and EMDR to address PTSD and complex trauma. To locate myself, I’m a white, cisgender, queer woman and adoptee living on the traditional lands of the Duwamish and Muckleshoot peoples (SeaTac), and I’m dedicated to fostering sustainability and self-compassion in the mental health field. Outside of work, I share life with my spouse Heather (they/them), our two beloved cats, and we are newly licensed foster parents.
