Joseph Mills is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience providing individual and group therapy for youth, young adults, and their families in Seattle. He is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and strength-based techniques.
